Busca Apps – Service Agreement
Welcome to Busca Apps. By purchasing or using services from Busca Apps (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website at busca-apps.com, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Busca Apps provides technology-related services including but not limited to:
• Mobile app development
• Website development and upgrades
• QR code creation
• AI video production
• Technology consulting
• Other digital services offered through busca-apps.com
Specific services, features, and pricing are described on the website at the time of purchase.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance through the website checkout process.
By completing a purchase and selecting “I Agree to the Terms and Conditions,” you authorize Busca Apps to begin work on your requested services.
Payments may include:
• One-time service fees
• Monthly service plans
• Setup or configuration fees
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
3. Project Timeline
Service timelines begin once:
• Payment has been successfully received.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• The Client provides all required materials, access credentials, and content.
• Client shall pay a one-time setup fee upon execution of this Agreement and an annual renewal fee thereafter, due on each anniversary date of the Agreement.
• As a condition of eligibility for special mobile app pricing, Client shall provide Company with one (1) qualified referral lead, including complete contact information, within five (5) business days following the publication of the mobile application.
Typical completion timelines will be stated on the product or service page. Delays in providing materials may delay the project timeline.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all required materials necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to:
• Text content
• Images or branding materials
• Login credentials or technical access
• Product information or business Information.
Busca Apps is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete materials.
5. English / Spanish Applications
If a Client requests development of an English and Spanish version of an app or website, the Client is responsible for providing all translated text and content. Busca Apps does not provide translation services unless explicitly stated as part of a purchased service. All translations must be provided in a final, ready-to-use format prior to development.
The app will be developed in English by default unless Spanish is clearly specified in the purchase order. The stated pricing includes development in one language only. Bilingual applications are not included in standard pricing and require a custom quote.
6. Project Abandonment
If a Client fails to provide required materials, approvals, or communication necessary to complete a project within 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned.
In such cases:
• Payments made are non-refundable.
• The project may be closed.
• Restarting the project may require a new purchase or additional setup fee.
This policy ensures projects can be completed efficiently for all clients.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Some services may utilize third-party platforms, technologies, or marketplaces including but not limited to:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• Website Hosting platforms
• Plugin or Software providers
Busca Apps is not responsible for policy changes, approval decisions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
8. Revisions and Modifications
Each service package includes only the revisions described on the product or service page. Each service purchased includes one (1) revision. Requests for additional revisions, new features, design changes, or modifications outside the original scope of work may require additional fees, billed at industry-standard rates. Busca Apps reserves the right to determine whether a requested change is considered a revision or a new service request.
9. Maintenance and Support
Unless included in a purchased maintenance plan, ongoing updates, support, or modifications are not included after project completion. Clients may purchase additional services through busca-apps.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
Busca Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or technology solutions. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service purchased.
11. App Store Approval and Platform Policies
For mobile app development services, applications may be submitted to third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Busca Apps does not guarantee approval of any application submitted to these platforms.
12. Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement applies to all products and services offered on busca-apps.com. By purchasing services through busca-apps.com and selecting “I Agree to the Terms and Conditions,” the Client confirms that they:
• Have read this agreement
• Understand the terms
• Agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions

Busca Apps-Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed through the website checkout process before services begin. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once work begins:
• Custom mobile or web app development
• AI videos or other custom digital media
• Website upgrades and maintenance projects
• Consulting services in progress
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests for unused services or services not yet started will be evaluated at our discretion. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method if approved.
4. Abandoned Projects
If a Client fails to provide required materials within 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned.
• Payments for abandoned projects remain non-refundable
• Restarting the project may require a new service purchase or setup fee
Busca Apps-Acceptable Use / Content Policy

1. Client Responsibility
• Text, images, videos, logos
• Product descriptions and business materials
• Translations and multilingual content
2. Prohibited Content
• Illegal, obscene, or offensive
• Infringing on copyrights or trademarks
• Defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory
• Viruses, malware, or harmful software
3. Company Rights
• Refuse, remove, or suspend any content that violates this policy
• Terminate projects if illegal or prohibited content is submitted
• Request the Client to correct or replace content as needed
Acceleration Clause – Busca-Apps.com Services
1. Acceleration of Payment
In the event that the Client breaches any material term, Provider reserves the right to declare all unpaid amounts immediately due and payable. This includes:
• Any recurring service fees, setup fees, project milestone payments, or custom service charges.
2. Notice of Default
If the default is not remedied within five (5) business days of the notice, the acceleration of all amounts owed shall take effect automatically.
3. Effect of Acceleration
Upon acceleration, all rights of the Client to defer payment are suspended. Provider may pursue any and all remedies available including collections and legal fees.
4. Scope of Services

• Website Maintenance & Enhancement
• QR Code Services
• Any other digital or technical services provided by Provider
5. Cumulative Rights
The rights under this clause are cumulative and do not limit Provider from exercising any other rights or remedies available at law.
